How do I get a refund for cancelled flights or hotels?

After canceling a flight or hotel, if you are entitled to a refund, the service canceled will remain in its respective trip with a "Pending Refund" tag next to it.

The reason refunds are not immediate is that reconciliation with the different flight and hotel providers may take time. As soon as GetGoing receives confirmation of the refund, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used to make your booking.
