What counts as a "trip" on GetGoing?

GetGoing's flexible plans are centered around trips. So how do we define "trip?"
  • Whenever a traveler books a trip, regardless of how many flights and hotels it includes, it counts as a single trip.
  • For trips with multiple travelers, each traveler counts as one trip. So if you booked a flight and hotel for 3 travelers at once, it counts as 3 trips.
  • If flights and hotels are booked separately, it counts as 2 trips towards your plan. Merging the trips will not change this count, so we recommend searching and booking all services together. For example, booking your hotel and flight together  uses fewer of your allotted trips (and saves you time).
  • Changes and additions performed by GetGoing’s Support Team do not affect the count of trips.

Once you've used your allotted monthly trips, you'll be charged an additional trip fee until the end of the billing cycle. To see your company’s current trip usage, visit the Billing page and select and select the "Packages" tab.
