When you log in to your GetGoing account, you will see an alert at the top of the homepage if you have any unused tickets. Review all the details - the airline, the credit amount, and the expiration date - so that you can start using this amount towards your next trip. You can also check your available credits in your traveler profile.
After identifying your unused ticket credits, applying those credits to your next flight is a simple two-step process:
- Create a draft trip that includes an airline with available credits.
- Contact our Travel Experts to complete the booking.
Be sure to provide these details to our Travel Experts:
- Draft trip number
- The new flight (if your trip has multiple flights) that you'd like to use the credits for
- The airline and ticket number of the unused ticket credit that you'd like to use. You can find this in your traveler profile under the Unused Tickets tab.
