On the Billing page, select the "Packages" tab. From here, click the "Change Package" button to see all available plans. Select your new package, and then confirm if you'd prefer to be billed monthly or annually.
Things to consider as you change your account plan:
- If upgrading your account, your new plan begins immediately. Any unused monthly trips do not carry over and will be lost.
- If downgrading your account, the new plan will start on the next billing date.
- If you'd like to change to a custom plan, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
