Why can't I book my draft after changing the travel policy?

You may need to book a trip that is out of your travel policy due to increased prices or something similar. If you have already created a draft for your trip and then changed your policy, you still cannot book the draft because the previous policy still applies. To apply the new policy, please start a new search which will let you book your trip in the end without any problems.
