Why can’t I see my trip?

When you plan a trip, you create a draft that is only visible to you. After a trip is sent for approval, it is visible to all participating travelers, admins, travel arrangers, and assigned approvers. After a trip is booked or approved, approvers will no longer see it.

There are a few reasons you might not be able to find a trip:
  • A draft was created but no trip options (e.g. Flight, hotel) were selected. To view a past search, click the "Recent Searches" button on the home page.
  • You are not an admin and were not added to the trip as a traveler or approver. In this case, contact your company admin for help.
  • The trip was merged with other trips and given a different name.
