Creating an invoice profile is one of the first things you'll do when setting-up your GetGoing account. These profiles determine which business entity receives a trip invoice. All companies must have at least one invoice profile, and it's possible to create more than one.
To add a new invoice profile, start on the Billing page and select the "Invoice Profiles" tab. Here you can find all the profiles associated with your company.
First, click the "Add Invoice Profile" button at the top of the page. You'll be asked to enter in some key information about your business:
- Invoice profile display name: This is how your profile will appear on GetGoing.
- Industry: Choose your industry from the dropdown menu.
- Legal entity name: You can enter multiple legal names. For example, you may have an official company name and a Doing Business As (dba) name.
- Tax number
- Trade register number
- Billing address
- Authorized person: This person is authorized to act on behalf of the company in respect to validating terms of service.
- Invoice language
- Invoice default email
- Billing contact
Next, add a credit card to your invoice profile. When complete, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
