How do I create an invoice profile?

On the Billing page, select the "Invoice Profiles" tab. Here you can find all the invoice profiles associated with your company. To add a new invoice profile, click the "Add" button at the top of the page.
Be sure to complete the required fields:
  • Invoice profile display name
  • Industry
  • Legal entity name: You can enter multiple legal names. For example, you may have an official company name and a "Doing Business As" name.
  • Tax number
  • Trade register number
  • Billing address
  • Authorized person: This person is authorized to act on behalf of the company in respect to validating terms of service.
  • Invoice language
  • Invoice default email
  • Billing contact

You can also upload a company credit card to each invoice profile. When complete, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
