Can you act on my behalf for insurance claims?

Whether it's lost baggage, injury, car rental damage, or something else, GetGoing legally cannot act on your behalf for any insurance claims. All we can provide you with is the contact of the insurer for a claim. It is up to you to contact the insurance company to resolve any issues.

For lost baggage, we recommend visiting the lost and found area at the airport where you landed, which is usually near the baggage claim. An airport agent should be able to instruct you on how to proceed with the claim.
