You can add price caps for different types of travelers by creating a custom policy. From the Policy page, select the "Custom Policies" tab. Click "Add New Policy" and enter a policy name. When complete, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Once your new custom policy is created, you can edit it from the Policy page. Click on the policy you want to update to see editing options. Here are a few options for price caps:
- Flights: Set a maximum price for short and long flights.
- Cars: Set a global price cap for car rentals.
- Hotels: Set a global price cap by employee type, or set a maximum price for specific cities.
After entering in your new price cap options, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
