GetGoing lets you plan your entire trip in one go - flights, trains, hotel, and rental cars for all of your travelers - which saves you time and money. Sometimes, one or more of the bookings fail due to availability, network errors, or issues with our provider's servers.
So for example, your flight might be ticketed but your hotel room could not be reserved. These trips get a status of "Partially Booked" and appear in their own tab on the Trips page. When this happens - and trust us, it's rare - you should run a new search to book those services that failed.
If there's a scenario where every trip service failed to book, the trip status changes to "Reverted to Draft." For these trips, you will need to go and select other flights or hotels for your trip.
