Ready to give your colleagues access to a cutting-edge travel platform? Adding travelers and other users can be done with only three quick steps.
1. Get started on the Travelers tab: Visit the "Travelers" tab within the Admin page, and click the "Add" button. Please note that only admins can add new travelers.
2. Share a few key details: Enter the new traveler's name, email address, and a few other details. When ready, click "Save" at the top of the screen.
3. Invite new travelers to join: Once their profile is saved, the "Send Invite" button appears. Click this button to email the new traveler with a link to access their profile and create a new password. The "Send Invite" button remains active until the traveler logs-in for the first time.
Please note that users cannot access their profile without an invitation email. Invites expire after 24 hours, at which point a new invitation email can be sent.
