Every hotel has its own check-in and check-out times which are indicated in the hotel details. It is very important that you contact our Support Team if you intend to arrive late for check-in or if you require an early check-in or late check-out. It is imperative that our Support Team contact the hotel with these special requests ahead of time.
- Early check-in and late check-out: These usually cannot be guaranteed until the day of your check-in or check-out, as they are dependent on hotel vacancies and room availability.
If you want to ensure you have a room when you arrive early in the morning, you will need to reserve an extra night. In these cases, please add a note indicating this in the itinerary so that our Support Team knows to contact the hotel and let them know they need to keep the room until you arrive and not cancel the reservation as a "No Show."
You can wait with a request for a late check-out until your actual stay but we recommend you book an extra night in these cases as you might arrive and discover the hotel is fully booked and be required to check out at the regular time.
