Why is my hotel "in policy" but the room types are "out of policy?"

There are rare cases when the "Starting from" price of a hotel is within the limits defined in the Travel Policy, but the available room’s rate falls outside those limits.
There are a couple of explanations for this:
  • The room indicated by the "Starting from" price is no longer available. 
  • The content provider (e.g. Amadeus, etc.) for the specific room type does not accept our payment method and therefore the room was not displayed once the hotel was expanded.
