Before booking your trip, add your frequent flyer number (and any other flight and hotel loyalty memberships) to your Traveler Profile. Once the information is saved in your profile, it is automatically included for every flight you book.
Frequent flyer and loyalty points aren't always immediately visible in your Traveler Profile. Points accumulated are defined differently by each airline, so we suggest checking the airline's website for official information.
Important: For flights booked through our low-cost provider (indicated by a yellow triangle in the upper right corner), we cannot automatically update your loyalty program number and neither can our Support Team. In these cases, you should inquire about these flights directly with the airline.
